Kyotsujigyo studied how to keep the liver and kidneys in good health and published papers on the subject. DTS is one of the Kampo medicines they developed for the treatment of long-term liver and kidney diseases.
Prior to the design process, we captured visual elements from the old package, including the halo in the middle and the yellow-orange color. We enhanced the halo effect and carefully adjusted the color gradient to maintain the smoothness of the color transition. Adding radiation lines gave the package more texture and made it more memorable.
